Below are instructions for how to sign up and use ActAdept.com to RSVP for our classes here at WCI Studios.

1) Go to www.ActAdept.com and click the "Sign Up" link in the login box to sign up.

2) Once your account is created it will automatically take you to the "My Profile" page. Here you can create your profile if you choose. ****

3) Click the "Search" button on the menu bar and type in WCI in the first name and Studios for the last name. It will take you right to the profile, and then you click the WCIStudios link on the top right and you get to the org home page.

4) Click the "Join Group" option.

5) Then from the WCI Studios page you can click the "Schedule" option and you'll see the studio's schedule. If you click on any of the classes on the schedule you can RSVP for that class.

****On the site you'll be able to create a profile where you can upload your headshots/photos and your resume. Its totally free so for those of you who don't have your headshots and resume up online anywhere yet, this is a good chance for you to do it free of cost. Of course you don't have to do that to access Billy's stuff, but it's there if you want to.

 

Here is the Procedure for starting in the class:

1)Go to the locations page (you’ll see maps for San Diego and Los Angeles and Murrieta) and print it out. You must use the Map for LA and print it out because it is confusing the first time and the description is important.

2)The first class is on me. Instead of auditing where you sit in the back and watch, I let you take the class once for free. You will work and get feedback from me and the camera. It is critical that you experience the class and take a good solid step forward for you to understand what I do. This is why I call it a Participant/Audit or Intro Session.

3)We have to schedule a time to do the intro session before the class so I can go over a checklist. The checklist entails how to prepare for auditions, the do’s and don’ts and other mindset and skill set related information. This is so you understand my philosophy before we begin. See below.

4)When you are done you can jump into a class the following week or get you schedule organized and jump in when you are ready.

5)Make sure you read the rules and regulations on the website.

After you have taken the intro session and Participant Audit, you join a specific class on the schedule and each class is 2.5 hours.

PS. Once you are in the ActAdept system you will receive casting notices and other info by Email.

So you've forgotten how to sign up for a class?

Go to Actadept.com or go to wcistudios.com and click on the schedule button. Once you are in Click on "My Profile" from the navigation bar at the top of the page. Click on the wcistudios icon under organizations (Third row from top). On the WCI Studios page you can click the "Schedule" option and you'll see the Studio schedule. (NOTE: under your profile there is another schedule called MY SCHEDULE which will show you all the things you are currently signed up for). If you click on any of the classes on the schedule you can RSVP for that class by hitting just this event. If you hit all events it will sign you up for the same class every week.
